How to Age Well-The Inspiration You Need.

I thought it was about time I went out and met some of the people who I believe are inspirational both in knowledge and example when it comes to Ageing Well.

It seems that everyone I speak to has an opinion on this, what the best treatment is, why some treatments never work! Should we avoid Botox or should we all be allowed to try what the heck we like and look our best because it makes us feel great? Feeling good about ourselves is really what it all comes down to and if we are honest with ourselves, we can all do with a bit of a lift.

I have created this brand new series of podcasts for you to enjoy.

Whether you are male or female, there is something here for you. If you want to feel inspired to look your best then this podcast series could knock 10 years off you in under 30 minutes! In each episode we welcome experts and celebrities to give you the inspiration and knowledge you need to stay looking younger for longer. Amazing celebrity guests who look so good for their age, like Lorraine Kelly. Experts in their own field share their knowledge, magazine editors in men’s health and women’s beauty who have lead the way. There are photographers and make- up artists who share some must have tips and their experience of the world of social media and celebrity that seems to lead opinion in the way people are ageing. We also chat to people for whom ageing can be even more of a challenge, people with MS and HIV tell us their views and how much it matters to them. I even discover a brand-new concept in anti-ageing for the face which doesn’t require a single needle yet makes absolute and perfect sense.

Series highlights so far.

We reveal Cher’s love of chocolate and her secrets from her personal trainer!

Which Hollywood actress allegedly has a bulldog clip in the back of her neck to pull her skin back during filming?

Why does TV star Amanda Holden put snails on her face?

All these questions and more will be answered!

Lorraine Kelly on Ageing.

“It’s all about attitude it’s all about balance! Some of the most miserable people I know are people are permanently on a diet of Quinoa and Mung beans and you’re like have some chips and curry sauce because it’s really good. We’re here for such a short time you’ve got to enjoy yourself!”

Celebrity photographer Nicky Johnston on looking younger.
